Innovation meets impact in the heart of Bavaria
The Munich Chapter of BVII represents a dynamic, interdisciplinary, and practice-oriented perspective on innovation, impact, and sustainable transformation. As a regional hub for Southern Germany, it connects business, academia, startups, investors, and public institutions.
The Munich region is one of Europe’s leading innovation centres. Technology companies, hidden champions, universities, and research institutions meet a growing ecosystem of impact startups, venture capital, and sustainability-oriented initiatives. This combination creates strong conditions for impact-oriented collaboration and long-term transformation.
At the centre of the chapter’s work is the connection of different perspectives and disciplines. The goal is to bring actors together, break down silos, and jointly develop solutions to key future challenges. Topics range from sustainable finance and impact investing to deep tech, artificial intelligence, sustainable urban development, and business model transformation.
The chapter welcomes actors who want to contribute ideas, collaborate across sectors, and help shape the future of impact and innovation in Southern Germany.
